3/8^th thick by 5 inch wide real engineered wood. $ 2.99 a SF 9 layers of aluminum oxide coating for scratch resistance. 20 year finish warranty from the manufacturer. Do not ask for a further discount as this is so under priced its almost costing me money to take orders. I have many colors to choose from as supplies last. See our main website for details. If you want it installed add $ 2.50 a square foot this includes the glue and other materials to lay the floor, moving furniture and putting it back, the take up of carpet and its disposal is all included in the price. You will get a one year labor warranty as well on your new wood floors. Price of install does not include floating the floor to make it level as some homes need it and others do not. The product is 1st grade material. I am just selling it to avoid having to renew my warehouse lease. I have no place to store it as I over bought and the cost of the new lease does not cover the profit I would make off of the wood so I am practically giving it away.
